Foredom Hammer Action Handpiece, Type 15 has a reciprocating action and is used at low speed for setting and decorative work. This Handpiece is designed to work with Pendant Drills that have a Slip-Joint fitting.

This Hammer Action Handpiece is designed to work with the slower Pendant Motors that have a Slip-Joint Fitting that have a high torque and a lower speed of 5,000 rpm, this allows the hammer action to be controlled better. As well as the handpiece is not designed to be operated at the high speed. If you would like to use your original drill please take care not to run the drill on full to prevent any damaged caused to the handpiece and your work. As the hammer action hand piece works on a knocking action the tips are not the same as the burrs and drills, they have a screw tread which tightens the tip into the collet.
Foredom Handpieces have a 90 day limited warranty.
