Investment Powder Goldstar XL 1kg Gold Star XL is an excellent investmnet powder for casting brass, silver, and yellow gold up to 18ct. This casting powder produces excellent surface finish, a strong mould, and "cleans off" the casting easily. It is suited to both centrifugl and vacuum assisted casting methods, and, where vacuum flasks are used, a fast burnout cycle can be used. Always use a dust mask (TOOLSPE079) use de-ionised water to mix, can be hand or vacuum mixed. This produces an excellent surface finish and a strong mould, where vacuum flasks are used a fast burnout cycle can be utilised.
