GRS Soft-Hit QC Tool Holder changes the impact characteristics of the GRS handpiece, they give a softer impact because the back end of the tool holder is made from a special plastic tip.

The special plastic tip changes the impact giving a smoother and softer energy transfer from the handpiece piston to the tool. The internal diameter of these holders are 3.45mm Fine engraving and shading are easy to control, the hand vibration is decreased and tool stress is decreased. Fine engraving and shading are easier to control.
