The KEE Electronic Gold Tester is a simple reliable electronic tester shows results from 10ct, as this tester is American made 9ct will show up as under 10ct, to 24ct and platinium. It is recomended that calibration is done with hallmarked jewellery or a sample of 18ct sheet. If higher carats between 20 and 24ct need to be tested, the tester would need to be callibrated with a sample of 22ct gold.
