This Pepetools Premium Disc Cutting Kit is a space-saving design. Engineered to the industry tightest tolerances, built to last a lifetime. Machined from hardened steel, each plate is ground to perfection. This disc cutter can cut up to 1.214mm (18 gauge) non-ferrous metal and up 0.759mm (22 gauge) Stainless Steel. This kit includes centre positioning dies, Pepelube, red urethane pad (6x6", 1/16" thick), disc cutters, disc cutting tool and organising base. Disc sizes range from 3.18mm to 25.40mm (1/8" to 1").

This Pepetools Disc Cutting Kit is a improved version of the best selling disc cutter. The disc cutting punches have a 7° cutting angle which applies a sheering action to reduces cutting stresses and produces cleaner cut outs. The back of the disc cutter has been designed with a punch clearing design which allows the punch to completely clear.
This Disc Cutter has a material hold now feature, this restricts the movement of the material being cut. The disc cutter has easy open and close height adjusting knob which has been designed to not interfere with the work when using a hydraulic press, hammer or mallet.
