This rolling mill is an innovative solution from Pepetools, this rolling mill can create wire in Triangular, Square, Comfort Fit, Half Round and Bezel profiles. Pepetools have used the latest CNC machining methods to provide a rolling mill that is capable of creating different profiles of wire in silver, gold, copper and similar metals. This rolling mill has a 4:1 reduction gear box, this gear box provides ample torque that with only 4 turns of the handle 8" of wire can be created.

The All Wire Shaped Rolling Mill can create wire in these sizes, with the court/comfort fit there is 0.5mm groove each side meaning wire that has a total depth of 1.0mm can be produced when the rollers are flat together - 

  • Square - 1.00, 1.50, 2.00, 2.50, 3.00, 3.50, 4.00, 4.50 & 5.00mm
  • Comfort - 4.00 x 1.00, 5.00 x 1.00, 6.00 x 1.00, 7.00 x 1.00 & 8.00 x 1.00mm
  • Round - 1.00, 1.50, 2.00, 2.50 & 3.00mm
  • Bezel - 0.50 x 0.25, 1.00 x 0.20, 1.50 x 0.50 & 2.00 x 0.5mm
  • Triangle - 6.00 x 3.00, 5.00 x 2.50, 4.00 x 2.00, 3.00 x 1.50 & 2.00 x 1.00mm
  • Half Round - 2.50 x 1.00, 3.00 x 1.25, 4.00 x 1.50, 5.00 x 1.75 & 6.00 x 2.00mm
