Sci-Aps X-5 handheld analyser has a built in high-resolution camera which is great for photos or videos. To make this analyser more user-friendly the high strength polymer mesh is used to protect the detector. Full sample chemistry and carat value is displayed in less than a second.
SciAps have developed this analyser to work on Android OS, this makes the analyser feel like a smart phone and results can be easily viewed on a vibrant display. Built-in Wi-Fi and USB means that users can print and email from the X-5 and connect to virtually any information system for real time data. The macro camera allows for photo-documentation of materials tested and the Bluetooth label printer provides instant hard copy labels.
