The Betts Group is proud to launch a new interactive digital platform to help independent jewellery retailers offer a more personalised and engaging bridal experience.

The 3D Wedding Ring Designer is an innovative tool to create and visualise fully bespoke wedding rings in seconds, coupled with the manufacturing expertise and customer service of The Betts Group in the heart of Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter.

Designed with the needs of the modern retailer in mind, the 3D Wedding Ring Designer lets users create bespoke wedding rings in real time, with high-resolution, 360-degree visuals and customisable design options. Customers can experiment with different profiles, widths, depths, precious metal alloys, bi-metal and tri-metal combinations, finishes, stone settings and custom laser engravings, all while seeing an accurate 3D representation of the final ring that can be manufactured accurately and efficiently.

This best-in-class configurator has been developed to make the design process as seamless as possible, with users able to adjust measurements in 0.1mm increments and switch between options and styles without restarting the design journey. It offers a streamlined journey from design approval to manufacture, reducing misunderstandings, increasing order accuracy and, ultimately, delivering a smoother and more reliable bespoke manufacturing process.

The 3D Wedding Ring Designer was first previewed at the Retail Jeweller Festival in March 2026 and has since been fine-tuned to offer independents an accessible, user-friendly and confidence-building sales tool. The platform complements The Betts Group’s existing stocked offering of plain wedding bands, while giving retailers the flexibility to secure more bespoke sales from customers with a detailed vision of how their wedding rings should look and feel.

Rings created on the platform are available in full provenance gold alloys, made from two independently verified, fully traceable metals: SMO Gold and AgAIN Silver. Customers can also select the Modern Court ring profile, a newly engineered, more ergonomic iteration of the classic court wedding ring introduced by The Betts Group in March 2026.
